Elizabeth L. Wildhack
Ms. Wildhack has devoted her practice to the areas of trusts and estates, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives; estate and special needs planning for the disabled; elder law; probate administration; and decedents’ estates and trust administration in Northern Virginia for almost 18 years.
Ms. Wildhack received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and her law degree from the Washington College of Law of American University, and is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
As a third generation Arlingtonian, and second generation estate planning attorney, Ms. Wildhack is dedicated to serving the Arlington community and is actively involved in a number of community and legal organizations. She currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of Arlington County and the City of Falls Church, and as the treasurer for the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Wildhack continues to remain involved in a number of other community organizations, including serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Culpepper Garden, a local non-profit housing community for low income seniors, and serves on the Arlington County Industrial Development Authority.
